Nearly 80 community members attended the recent annual Spring Party hosted by the Carlsbad Library & Arts Foundation, and held at the Carlsbad City Library. The event celebrated the high quality library and cultural arts services available to the community enhanced through the support of the Foundation and other equally dedicated organizations.
Guests enjoyed the live music as well as the exhibition offered in the William D. Cannon Art Gallery and had the opportunity to socialize and discuss common interests in the festive environment. City Council Member Cori Schumacher was among the many guests.
In addition, the event was the perfect venue to announce CLAF’s Annual
“Night at the Library,” held on Saturday,
September 21, 2019 at 5:30 the Carlsbad City Library,
1775 Dove Lane. The highly anticipated event will feature a cocktail reception; live performance by entertainer talent, Elijah Rock in the Schulman Auditorium; followed by dinner, dancing and live music
inside the Library. Event net proceeds benefit Carlsbad’s libraries and cultural arts services, programs and facilities.
